Sharp360Soft (https://sharp360soft.com) is an individually operated online platform providing free browser-based business, e-commerce, marketing, and educational tools. The platform is operated by a private individual based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We collect the following personal information when you create an account:

• Name — from your Google profile or email address
• Email address — used to identify your account
• Profile photo — from your Google account (if you sign in with Google)
• Account creation date — stored for administrative purposes

We do not collect payment information, physical address, phone numbers, or any sensitive personal data.

All tool inputs (images, text, calculations) are processed locally in your browser and are never sent to or stored on our servers.

Your personal data is used solely to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display your name and avatar within the platform
