By accessing or using https://sharp360soft.com ("Sharp360Soft", "the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

The platform is operated by a private individual based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE.

Sharp360Soft provides a collection of free, browser-based digital tools for business, e-commerce, marketing, education, and research purposes, including but not limited to:

• Photo and image editing tools
• E-commerce calculators (margin, ROAS, break-even)
• Marketing utilities (UTM builder, image compressor)
• Finance and operations tools

All processing happens locally in your browser. No files or tool inputs are uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Some features may require creating a free account using Google or email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

You agree to use Sharp360Soft only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform to process, store, or transmit any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform at scale
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable UAE or international laws

All content on Sharp360Soft — including the design, code, branding, and tool interfaces — is owned by the platform operator and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of any content you create or upload using the tools. We make no claim over files you process through the platform.

The Sharp360Soft name, logo, and brand identity may not be used without prior written permission.

Sharp360Soft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Tool results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose
• Any defects will be corrected

All calculators and tools produce results based on the data you input. Always verify results independently before making business decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Sharp360Soft and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any errors or inaccuracies in tool outputs
• Unauthorised access to your account or data
• Any third-party services linked to or integrated with the platform

Sharp360Soft uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:

• Google Firebase — authentication and data storage. Firebase Terms
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics. Google Terms

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time — continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
